Ryan's background as a seasoned real estate agent investor has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the local market dynamics. His hands-on experience in real estate investing allows him to see opportunities from all angles, ensuring that every home he builds aligns with the unique needs and desires of his clients. Whether it’s finding the perfect location, optimizing a home’s design, or ensuring high-quality construction, Ryan's expertise provides unparalleled value.

Toree, brings a dynamic blend of education and local expertise to RTC Homes. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Consumer Science with a minor in Sociology, along with a Texas Teacher Certification valid in four content areas, including technology education and consumer science. Toree spent nine years teaching at Lumberton Independent School District, where she honed her skills in communication, organization, and management.
Now, she channels her passion and knowledge into marketing and rental management at RTC Homes. Her unique background allows her to connect with the local community in meaningful ways, combining her understanding of consumer behavior with her commitment to providing exceptional service.
